Provider Terms

These Provider Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when you apply to or participate in the provider directory of The Expats Hub (the "Site"), operated by Sync International Moving (the "Company").

By submitting a provider application, claiming a listing or accepting a membership tier, you agree to these Provider Terms.

To participate in the provider directory, you must:

• Be a legitimate, operating business in your stated jurisdiction(s).
• Hold any licences, registrations, certifications or insurance required for the services you offer.
• Provide accurate company name, contact, regions served, services and identifying business information.
• Designate an authorised representative with the legal capacity to bind your business.

The Company may verify any information you submit and may request supporting documentation. Approval is at the Company's sole discretion.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing — services described, regions served, pricing claims, certifications, contact details and any uploaded media. You must keep your listing up to date.

You may not include misleading credentials, false reviews, deceptive pricing, prohibited services, content that infringes third-party rights, or claims regulated by law that you cannot substantiate.

When a user requests to be connected with you, you receive their contact and move details for the sole purpose of responding to that enquiry. You agree to:

• Use lead data only to respond to the user's relocation request.
• Treat all lead data as confidential personal information.
• Comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws (including CASL, GDPR and CCPA where applicable).
• Honour requests to stop contact and delete data on request.

You may not resell, share, syndicate or use lead data for unrelated marketing.

The Site offers tiered provider memberships. Tier features, fees, billing cycles and renewal terms are described on the provider plans page at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Company may change membership features, pricing or tier structure on notice; changes will not apply to a paid tier already in effect for the remainder of its current billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, credentials or business.
• Solicit users outside of the Site to evade fees or controls.
• Disparage other providers or the Site itself in user-facing content.
• Submit fake reviews, ratings or testimonials about your business.
• Attempt to manipulate search ranking, badges or featured placement.

The Company may verify, edit, suspend or remove any listing, badge, review, user content, lead access or membership at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Provider Terms, our Terms of Use, applicable law, or to protect users.

You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your name, logo, listing content and approved testimonials to operate, promote and market the Site and the provider directory. You retain ownership of your trademarks and content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) services you deliver or fail to deliver to a user; (b) inaccurate or misleading content in your listing; (c) misuse of lead data; or (d) breach of these Provider Terms.

The Company does not guarantee any specific number, quality or conversion rate of leads, search ranking, profile views or business results. The directory and matching service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Either party may terminate participation in the provider directory at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of paid membership fees for the current billing cycle except where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property licences, indemnification, limitations of liability) will survive.
