• Provider application data — company name, services offered, regions served, business identifiers, contact persons and membership tier when you apply to our provider directory.
• Community content — your display name, profile data shared via Clerk authentication, and any posts, replies or votes you submit to the community forum.

We also collect technical information automatically:

• Device, browser type, language, IP address and referring URL.
• Pages visited, links clicked and approximate location derived from IP.

• To respond to enquiries and provide relocation information you request.
• To prepare estimated moving quotes and connect you with relevant service providers.

Lead and quote data is generally retained for the duration of the relocation enquiry plus a reasonable follow-up window.
